To my surprise, I actually lost weight this week! Despite what I posted previously about the way I ate but it led me to realize some things about myself.
- I get full so easily these days so maybe I didn't eat as much as I thought I did, I just felt stuffed. When I sat and thought about what I actually ate, yes it was a bit overboard but
probablydefinitely not as much as I would have eaten 9 months ago!! Portion control has become part of who I am.
- Exercise, as I have mentioned before, as also become part of my day to day without me even realizing it. Even though I didn't go hard with Turbo Fire every day or have a specific workout every day, I thought about how much I walked. Instead of driving the mile to where I had to go Mon-Wed, I walked the mile to and from each day.
- HIIT workouts WORK! I
only(We don't use that word anymore .. no such thing as only) managed two days of Turbo Fire this week but on both days I did HIIT 25. When you do a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout, it keeps your metabolism going long after the workout is over.
SO life is good! Weight Watchers meeting was awesome as usual today!!
That's about all I have for the day.. oh other than the fact that Fat Joe is now "Skinny Joe". Well, unlike Diddy, he didn't choose to change his name but he lost a whopping 88lbs!! Check it out:
