You can do it, put your MIND into it!

Hey ladies and gents! It's been a few days. I hope you all are doing well!

I love when I hear a motivational speaker or a coach of some sort say a phrase or a tip that I already tell myself. It makes me feel like I can be a motivational speaker too! ....hmm....not a bad idea! ..

Anyway, the other day on the 30 Day Challenge, Chalene said something that I very firmly believe. She said: BE YOUR OWN COACH.

This is so true. At the end of the day, we're not going to have Jillian Michaels standing over our back making sure we do our full pushups or pushing us that extra 10 seconds of the workout.

It's up to US to push OURSELVES. I have found myself doing this lately especially during HIIT workouts and let me tell you, the mind is a powerful thing!!

When you tell yourself that you CAN do something, there is nothing that can hold you back!! On Tuesday I was making my To-Do List and I said to myself "You need to get in a good workout.. you have been slacking" so the first thing I wrote on my list was "HIIT 30" (Only the hardest workout on Turbo Fire!!) and as soon as I wrote it down, it was like now that it was ON the list, it had to be done! So the best way to complete all your tasks on your to do list is to do the hardest one first.....what did I do, you ask??

Got up off my butt and went and did HIIT 30. I said to myself out loud - "I'm going to do this. I'm going to kill it. Hit play!" .. and I killlllllleeedddddddd it!!!! I was sweating and huffing and puffing like I have never huffed and puffed before! By the end of the workout, on the last jump I had absolutely nothing more to give and that's the point!!

Anyway, my point is that when you put your mind to something:
  1. Tell people - it holds you accountable
  2. Write it on your to do list - find out your goals and write something on your to do list every day that will help you to achieve your goals.
  3. There is nothing stopping you but yourself!!! There are no "can'ts" in this world. Just CANs!! And we CAN and we WILL fulfill our goals!

(I love Sid and I also love how cartoons are always incorporating the importance of exercise these days!)

Have a wonderful day! My baby girl's first birthday party is tomorrow!!!!

I would have liked a longer power reserve, or an indicator to warn the rolex replica uk when the reserve is almost depleted. But provided the wearer is relatively active or keeps the watch on a winder, this shouldnt pose much of a problem. Goodness knows how many rolex replica that have not been legally quarantined. Richemont umbrella just like Vacheron, is a ballsy brand not with a lonely quasi replica watches sale and needlessly expensive watch like the Overseas, but with an extensive history of properly badass watches, produced over an extensive part of its history. Ive added replica watches of a selection of them throughout the article below. Slowly turning away from a lot of the uniquely cool watches that made it great at least in my hublot replica and is scaling back to only pushing yet newer though thats a strong replica watches sale versions of its bread makers.
