What inspires me to keep pushing toward my healthy goals:
First and foremost, my sons. They are adults but their father is very ill and I don't want them to have too parents with health problems. I also want them to live healthy lives so I'm leading by example. Also, the way I feel. My body feels good! I'm only half way to my goal, but since I've changed my eating my body has been thanking me. And believe it or not, you and your blogs keep me going. I follow you on FB, WW & this blog and you're story is phenominal!!!

I have so many inspirations which I think is why I've come this far. First of all I have amazing friends and family who motivate me daily and make me feel amazing about myself. Two members of my family are on board with me and their progress inspires me constantly to push forward. Another great inspiration is all the amazing bloggers and members of a site I use called My Fitness Pal - their stories/blogs/successes inspire me daily. My own strides on this journey also push me forward. :)And you.. of course.. are an amazing inspiration. I love your blog and your success is such inspirational.

Hi Krystle! I am a new reader, but I've already gone back and read everything you've written since you started blogging! I've lost 65 lbs last year, gained 13 back, and recently joined WW with two girlfriends to help me push towards losing that last 30-35 lbs. (Down 12 lbs in 3 weeks - woo-hoo!) My main inspiration right now (in addition to setting a good example for my two young children) is the desire to be in the best shape possible before I undergo hip replacement surgery next year.

I am inspired to get up and move every day because I need to keep up with our little girl. At 6 1/2 months she is already on all fours learning to crawl and I know she is going to have me running around in no time. I also want to inspire and motivate other women to be healthy so that when they look in the mirror, they truly see the beauty in the reflection staring back.

I have a few things that inspire me. Obviously, my children. I have more heavier people in my extended family than I do thin. I want them to learn early and first hand the best food choices so that way when they come around others they already know which things to eat like second nature. Next, I had my gallbladder removed when I was 19 years old. Although this does happen with the help of it being hereditary and having children, the biggest cause was my choice in junk & fatty foods. Having seen how eating poorly can affect your body in such a way it causes you to need surgery was a HUGE eye opener. Getting the surgery also inspired me to eat better though because I have heard of numerous people not changing their eating habits and having other health issues that are connected to their gall bladder removal. IE: kidneys, pancreas ext. And I could go on and on with my list of inspirations but I will just list 1 more. Keeping my health inspires me BIG time because I was also born with a heart mur mur which I have learned first hand is effected by carrying more weight around. So my health can & will continue suffer is many many ways if I dont do something about it now. I am FILLED with reasons to change and inspirations all around me. But I think I've written enough for now :)

What inspires me to keep pushing forward... Im tired of having to wear my tummy sucker in things to make myself look thinner and have my clothes look good id rather lose the weight and actually have it. I wana look in the mirror and feel good about the way I look clothes on and off. I also wana lose some boobs so I can have sexy bras from Victoria's secret. I doing it so I can finally be happy on the outside.

The first thing that inspires me everyday, is knowing that tomorrow in not guaranteed, so I try to make the most of what I have in my present, because it truly is a gift. The second, third and fourth things that inspired me to get healthy and stay healthy, are my 2 beautiful baby boys, my husband, and my reflection in the mirror. They also keep me ground and remind everyday that I am beyond blessed. The main thing that inspires me to stay on track, and continue to not only instill healthy habits for myself and my family, is knowing that having health, love and happiness, are the greatest goals to surpass.

What inspires me? Life basically. I took my health, life, my body, EVERYTHING for granted! Losing weight has changed not only my body and my entire life. I'm inspired by the people around me that push me and loved med 110 pounds heavier and now just the same.

I'm inspired by my loved ones and any future children I might have. I want to be healthy for pregnancy. I'm inspired by others around me who succeed (like you!) and I know I can do it too. :)

I am inspired by my children. I want to be healthy & able to do things with them & not watching from the sidelines. Also, I am inspired by all of the amazing members of the WW community. Without some of them, I would have given up long ago. No matter how long it takes, I will get to goal!

What continues to inspire me is how much better and healthier I feel since losing the weight I have so far. A coworker said something about my "skinny legs!" I never had a "skinny" anything! I refuse to go back to "fat camp!"

I much like you am inspired by my two little ones. I have a 6 and 4 year old that need me. They have lost so much in life grandmothers, grandfathers and recently a beloved babysitter, I refuse to let them lose me to something I can fix. I want to be there for them for as long as I can be. I want to be able to do everything with them like a mother should.

Not sure how I missed this when you first posted it, thanks for re-sharing it :0) What inspires me to keep eating right is that I feel like I'm putting a puzzle of my life together and this journey alone as i've been losing weight by having total control over my food intake has magically shed light on other "missing pieces" of the puzzle that don't even involve weightloss. I'm learning so much about myself and its done wonders in my attitude and outlook. Sadly when it comes to exercise I hadn't found anything to motivate me until recently when I signed up for my first ever 10K.. I'll be walking it but the excitement of it has me wanting to move more and that alone is a revelation lol

I'm inspired by life, period. Everything that comes with life which includes my health, amazing friends and family, my future goals, and my NOW! I was always one to say "yes, tomorrow I will start", and I had to just realize that tomorrows will turn into forever. People that share their stories with me whether in person or via the net helps me to stay focused and motivated. This is something I have to do for ME. . . selfishly motivated =)
