wow! That's all I can say! I've just stumbled across your blog and looked at these two pictures of you and I had to do a double take - you really don't look like the same person!! You must be sooo proud! You look AMAZING!! I'm folllowing you now and about to go back to the start to read all your posts about how you got to this point! I look forward to reading more from you!!Sam xx
Its so exciting to think you could be at goal ready in time for xmas!! I really hope you get there, you deserve it and im pretty sure as scary as it is, it will be the best gift you could ask for. Just remember that with maintaining comes more points, so try and think of the positives rather than the negatives i always say!! I think your sensible enough to know what your doing right and wrong to be able to maintain. Yes you may have hiccups, we wouldnt be human if we didnt, but i know that you would rein yourself in again before you get to that stage. Just remember this transformation for you hasnt just been physical but mental as well and thats where many people who get to goal and gain it back fail, so i dont think you need to worry. Also fingers crossed for your injury it must be very frustrating for you! xxxps. if you do want to lose the lbs for xmas, why not join my xmas challenge at my blog?
Prayers have been sent up my dear friend!!!
I blogged about this a while back. It's like you're so excited, but scared at the same time. I'm now 7 pounds away from my goal and i am just kind of clueless about how to go on. it's really a strange feeling!
You look awesome and have come so far. Congrats on the weight loss and I'm sure you will lose those 18pounds before you know it!Here's praying your injuries go away.
