As for me, I could be better. I don't want to be a Debby Downer and sit here and complain so real quick to sum it up, Wednesday I went for a jog/walk and since then I have had excruciating lower back pain to the point of tears. I have been living off Icy Hot patches and Bengay. Thursday I woke up feeling okay so I tried to get on the elliptical - FAIL. Yesterday I tried water aerobics - FAIL. So, I am taking it easy until I can figure out what's wrong. I go to the chiropractor on Tuesday. Hopefully I will leave with answers! Prayers are appreciated :)
So during my mopey mood earlier I was talking to my Beach Body coach's wife who is super sweet and she suggested that since I can't workout, in order to keep from going crazy, that I make a vision board and also write down goals that I have accomplished as well as goals that I still want to achieve. This gave me a perfect subject for a blog!!
For the past two hours I have been searching through magazines and letting creative juices flow to create my vision board. This is what I came up with:
Things on my vision board include inspirations, things I enjoy doing, things I want to achieve and so on. For example, Jennifer Hudson is a huge inspiration in my life (picture of her on the right hand side), my daughter is my main inspiration ("Determined Mom" and picture of my baby), one of my goals is to become a WW leader (quote from a WW weekly that says "Remember, all leaders starts off as members"), the title at the top reads "Eyes On The Prize", and so on...you get the point. What's on your vision board???? I challenge you to make one for yourself, not only was it a lot of fun but it reminded me of the reasons I'm on this journey and helped to keep me focus when I couldn't get in a good sweat to do the same.

WI is tomorrow and I don't know what to expect. This wasn't my best of weeks. Whatever happens, happens. Bad days occur, the key is that we get up and keep pushing towards the goal!!
Have a blessed night!

I love your vision board. Good luck at WI!
Your vision board looks amazing! I have been meaning to make a vision board for ages, but I always seem to put it off! I have made a few virtual pinboards using Pinterest - but I think an actual vision board you actually make by hand is much better! I am def going to make one now! Good luck on your weigh in - I'm sure you will do awesome - you have already come so far already! YOU GOT IT, GIRL! =) xoxo
Eve.
I know a lot of people who do vision boards. I just have never really felt like doing one...unless you count the front of my fridge which is covered in my meal plans and random workouts!
