YOU SHOULD BE PROUD GIRL! Great Vlog ;)... I may have watched it at work....
You are absolutely amazing. Secretly, you are my biggest inspiration. I look at your picture almost everyday (few times a day) and I tell myself: she was as big as you were so that means you may be able to look like her!!! I am waiting for my brain to catch up on that...I have lost 65 lbs but I am nowhere near your physical transformation because I can't exercise much from the waist down. With that said... I can exercise from the waist up and I haven't done it much. SO my arms are looking pretty frightening at this point. DO you think it's to late to get them somewhat toned? Hugs
You have re-energized me. I was in a bit of a slump and it felt good to see someone else with loose skin too. Way to go girl. You are an inspiration!
Loving this vlog. I've been struggling with loose skin/vanity issues after losing 130 pounds (ironically in the same 2 places you mentioned!). It was nice hearing your perspective. I'm sure I'll hear your words next time I'm pulling at my own skin :) Thanks for being so open with your journey!
Way to go! It was nice to see someone else with loose skin too! And you're right. Not the end of the world. More fun to wear a cute dress than show my belly anyway! Battle scars are definitely something to be proud of!
Loved this! I am one of those people worried about lose skin, but I am getting to terms with the beauty in the imperfections of my body. Looking good misses!
Thank you! Gorgeous words and thoughts that give the rest of us some strength to just keep going and to love ourselves along the way!
I totally agree...the loose skin is no big deal! So much better than those 100 pounds that used to fill mine up. Thanks for inspiring so many!
YOU ROCK!!!!!!!! LOVE THE "LOOSE SKIN NEVER KILLED ANYBODY" SOOOO TRUE!!!!
Amen! Thin with skin!I posted some pictures of my arm and back sag. Helps me process. <3
KJB, I love this video that you have made. I have some loose skin of my own and I wouldn't be willing to trade it for being obese - no way! The level of energy I now have is the big payoff. I can use 3/4 length sleeves to harness the wobbly upper arms - no problem. I can dress in ways that play up my features and distracts from any blibbery tummy area. The fact that I run faster than 60% of women my age is consolation enough! Thanks, as always, for your refreshing honesty and willingness to provide encouragement and leadership to others!
Thank you so much for this.
